Payments: Payment terms for construction projects will be strictly governed by the construction contract. Generally, a deposit is required to schedule work, with progress payments due at specific milestones (e.g., excavation, gunite, decking). Maintenance services are billed monthly or as otherwise agreed.

5. Changes and Cancellations

Project Changes: Any changes to the scope of work after a contract is signed must be agreed upon in writing via a Change Order, which may affect the project cost and timeline.

Cancellations: Cancellation policies for construction projects are outlined in your specific contract. Maintenance services may typically be cancelled with 30 days' written notice, unless stated otherwise in your service agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Strelnikov Pools and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
